Shree Vanoobhai
Jivraj
Born in Uganda, Vanoo Jivraj
had a sad childhood.
His father passed away when he was just 6 years
old and another disaster stuck when, he was barely 14. He fell
victim to meningitis and lost his hearing power. A brave and willed
youngster, he started studying from home and set his eye on
literature. He became fluent with his
mother tongue Gujarati, and then tried English, both of which are like second nature to him.
