Sheena started her training in performing arts at the age
of 4, in Western dance, singing and acting. Her
first theatre experience was at the age of 6 when she took
part in local Christmas pantomimes and continued to do so until
the age of 12. Sheena's performing arts training was ongoing throughout
her school education, and she attained her A.L.A.M. Acting
Diploma with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
Her training also encompassed dance and singing training
with Italia Conti and later on Shakespeare with the Royal Academy
of Dramatic Art.
After studying Business Management with Law at King's College, London,
Sheena decided to dedicate more time to acting and moved to New
York for several months to train at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and
Film Institute. Whilst in New York, she achieved main parts
in independent films, commercials for WB11 as well as theatre.
After returning to London, she has continued to succeed
with roles in interactive new media with the BBC as well as featured
roles in Bollywood productions. Now based in London, Sheena
